📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays

  • Processing times may be slightly longer during sales or high-volume periods

🚛 Shipping & Delivery (India)

We offer Standard and Express shipping options across India.

  • Standard Delivery:
    ⏱ 7–10 working days

  • Express Delivery:
    ⚡ 2–3 working days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Customer location and pin code

  • Courier partner operations

  • Weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen delays

DeCare Professional is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout

  • Express delivery charges (if selected) will be higher than standard shipping

  • COD charges are non-refundable

📍 Delivery Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may face delays or cancellation

  • Address changes after order confirmation may not be possible

📦 Shipment Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared via email / SMS / WhatsApp once shipped

  • Customers can track their order using the courier tracking link

🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select pin codes only

  • Refusal of COD delivery may result in COD being disabled for future orders

❗ Delivery Issues

  • If your order is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours

  • For damaged packages, a complete unboxing video is mandatory (as per our Return & Refund Policy)
